Kayla Kupselaitis

Kayla joined Veterinary Specialists of Hanover in 2021, initially working alongside Dr. Broaddus and quickly becoming her lead surgical assistant. She has since transitioned into a key support role, helping to facilitate communication across teams, assist leadership, and manage a variety of administrative tasks. Now working primarily remotely from Powhatan while raising her daughter, Kayla continues to stay connected and occasionally visits the office in person.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys quiet moments with her daughter, getting lost in a good book (or indulging in episodes of The Great British Baking Show), and spending time with her husband and extended family. She is also a committed volunteer on the Dog’s Operations Team with Henrico Humane Society!
