Appointments

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled procedures, we operate by appointment only. We make a sincere effort to see each client on time and appreciate your understanding.

For your convenience, we offer drop-off appointments. You may schedule to bring your pet in at a time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a few hours. Typically, we ask you to drop off in the morning so our doctors may examine patients in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for each patient. Once completed, our doctor will give you a call to review the diagnosis and provide you with discharge instructions. 

Patient Arrival

We make every effort to provide our patients with the most comfortable visit possible. Because they may be unfamiliar and uneasy about new surroundings, new people and other pets, we ask you to restrain your pet at all times in the waiting area. We recommend that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room and exam rooms.

Payment

Payment is due at the time services are provided. We accept CareCredit, Scratchpay, all major credit cards and cash. Payments over the phone with a valid major credit card are accepted on behalf of clients, if previously arranged.

We do not disclose our clients’ information to outside parties, including that of individuals simply visiting our website. In addition, we are committed to protecting your privacy in our clinic.
